San Antonio's Majestic Theatre opened in 1929 and became one of the city's grandest entertainment venues. Paranormal stories suggest that more than one spirit inhabits the building. Employees and visitors have reported disembodied footsteps and voices in otherwise empty portions of the theater. A female apparition is also said to appear during performances, becoming one of the venue's most frequently repeated ghost stories.
