Reported Haunting
The Minerva Inn has accumulated reports of paranormal activity connected to its centuries of history. Guests have described apparitions, unexplained footsteps, mysterious voices, and shadow figures throughout the historic inn. The building remains one of Plymouth's notable haunted locations.
A tunnel system inside of here was used to send customers to the docks where they were placed on warships. A variety of ghostly women have been seen here including a woman with Elizabethan garb. Another spirit is said to be that of an angry man who yells at guests, then vanishes.
