The historic museum complex is associated with reports of apparitions, unexplained footsteps, and lingering spirits connected to its industrial past.
Mission Mill Museum, a group of historic buildings, includes houses, a church, and a mill. The ghost of a former millwright, Wayne Menzter, is believed to linger here. His apparition, as well as that of a woman who runs across a nearby bridge, have been seen.
