Reported Haunting
The Mother-in-Law House has accumulated several ghost stories since it was built as a divided residence in the nineteenth century. Witnesses have reported footsteps, objects moving without explanation, and the names of guests mysteriously appearing on decorated eggs.
The Mother in Law House was built with two halves by Captain Krammer. ONe side was for his family, and the other for his mother-in-law. Witnesses say objects are moved, footsteps have been heard, and names of guests have mysteriously appeared on Easter Eggs and it wasn’t done by the staff. Psychics have said the mother-in-law’s ghost remains behind, and she is lonely.
