Old Christ Church is associated with a longstanding legend involving the apparition of a woman who reportedly appears inside the historic church. Visitors have also described unexplained sounds and other unusual occurrences within the building, adding to the ghost lore surrounding one of Pensacola's oldest surviving structures.
This 1832 church has an odd tale to tell. When renovations disturbed the final resting place of three of its former vicars, a reburial service was held. During that service, some folks noted that the three vicars were walking among the living guests.
