THE STORY
Reported Haunting
Housed in one of Gallatin's oldest commercial buildings, the restaurant has accumulated reports of unexplained footsteps, moving objects, and ghostly figures believed to be connected to former occupants.
It has had many names, including Loco Lupe’s, Oliver’s Restaurant, Grecian’s and Grayfeather Grill. The 1800s building that houses the eatery was once the county jail, and it is rumored to be haunted. Witnesses have heard voices, knocking, footsteps on the stairs and slamming doors late at night, and toilets flush and water faucets run by themselves.
