The historic Palace Hotel is said to be haunted by a woman known as Miss Kitty, reportedly the wife of former owner Dr. Chambers, who is believed to have died in Room 3. Guests have claimed that beds are mysteriously turned down and other unexplained activity occurs in and around the room.
