THE STORY
Reported Haunting
Partridge Island served for generations as a quarantine station for immigrants arriving at Saint John, and many people died there from diseases including typhus and cholera. Visitors and boaters have reported unexplained lights, voices, and apparitions that local lore associates with those who died while confined on the isolated island.
Historic quarantine station and lighthouse site associated with apparitions and maritime ghost stories.
