Housed in a historic Carnegie Library, the Pendleton Arts Center is said to be haunted by the ghost of a former librarian. Staff and visitors have reported footsteps, unexplained noises, and strange activity centered around the basement.
The ghost of a librarian who died in the basement haunts the building. The ghost moves objects around the building, and she can be seen glaring down at people from the building’s windows at night.
