The Pink House Cafe occupies one of Independence's oldest buildings and is said to have a friendly ghostly visitor. Employees and patrons have reported unexplained footsteps, objects moving, and the occasional appearance of a woman in period clothing.
This charming old-fashioned tea room has a ghostly visitor every once in a while. The apparition of a young girl has been seen and heard throughout the café, and often materialises during tea parties. Staff say the presence isn’t harmful, and has only been known to rearrange cutlery and hide objects.
