Reported Haunting
The Pioneer Memorial Museum preserves the history of Douglas while also attracting stories of unexplained activity. Visitors and staff have reported ghostly figures, strange sounds, and unusual experiences throughout the museum.
The free admission is not the only great aspect of this historic museum. Visitors to the museum claim to have seen a ghostly face looking out of the building into the street, and there are various accounts of the employees hearing running footsteps in the building after it has closed down for the night.
