Reported Haunting
The Platypus Pub occupies a historic building where employees and patrons have reported unexplained activity. Witnesses have described phantom footsteps, mysterious voices, shadow figures, and objects moving without explanation after closing. The pub has developed a local haunted reputation.
This converted church now houses a tavern, but has played host to a variety of restaurants since the 1970’s. The building is supposedly haunted, with staff and diners alike reporting a shadowy apparition and an unseen presence.
