THE STORY
Reported Haunting
The Regency Fairbanks Hotel in Fairbanks, Alaska—which operated at 95 10th Avenue before closing down and eventually undergoing a transition into a Clarion property—carries a localized reputation for minor but unsettling paranormal encounters. Guests and past staff have frequently reported typical poltergeist activity, including distinct feelings of being closely watched in the dark hallways, sudden drops in temperature, and the sound of heavy, disembodied footsteps pacing the upper corridors late at night. Others have noted subtle mechanical disruptions, such as lights that flicker on and off without a clear cause.
Staff and guests staying at the hotel have reported to have been attacked by an evil unseen entity.
