Reported Haunting
The historic River's Inn is said to be home to at least three spirits, with guests reporting apparitions and unexplained activity throughout the property. Accounts include mysterious footsteps, voices, and other disturbances believed to be connected to former occupants of the old inn.
Three ghosts are believed to haunt this historic bed and breakfast. The first is a gentleman in a suit, who has been seen in the rooms of guests and in the front parlour room. Cigar smoke is often smelt when there is no one around. The other two apparitions seen a are a little girl and a woman in a white dress.
