THE STORY
Reported Haunting
The Seven Sisters Inn has a reputation for numerous resident spirits, with guests and investigators reporting apparitions, unexplained footsteps, voices, and objects moving without apparent cause. Its paranormal reputation has attracted ghost hunters and helped make the historic inn one of Ocala's better-known haunted properties.
Ghost Hunters has featured this inn on the TV show, and it is said to have several spirits. Apparitions of a man, woman, and child have been seen, and the woman has been reported to check out guests in the bathroom. She wears white and has the ability to pass through walls and doors. Strange voices, shadows, a small figure that steals shoes, and other eerie occurrences have been reported here as well.
