The Sheboygan Yacht Club is allegedly haunted by the ghostly figure of a man seen pacing in the basement. Staff and visitors frequently report unsettling, localized drops in temperature and an eerie presence throughout the waterfront property. Additionally, the building experiences frequent electrical disturbances, including lights that randomly turn themselves on and off.
