The historic Smoot Theatre is associated with reports of unexplained footsteps, mysterious noises, and ghostly figures seen within the building. Staff and visitors have described unusual activity in the auditorium and backstage areas, leading to stories that former performers or patrons may still linger there.
Built in 1926, the now-restored Smoot Theater is believed to be the site of some strange goings-on. Witnesses have reported strange sounds and shadows at night, cold spots, and unexplained electrical issues.
