Reported Haunting
While Spadra Ristorante was operating, guests and employees reported hearing muffled conversations coming from empty areas of the building. Other unexplained noises and disturbances were also described, leading to stories that unseen former occupants continued to gather within the historic property.
While it was open, guests and employees would here muffled conversations coming from empty rooms. Some people have also seen a man in period clothing walking around in front, but would vanish when people did a double-take. Faucets would also turn on, lights would flicker, and glasses were broken.
