The Surfside Inn is associated with reports of ghostly apparitions and unexplained activity experienced by guests. Witnesses have described phantom footsteps, mysterious voices, shadow figures, and objects moving without explanation throughout the historic building.
This inn’s only claim to fame is that it was once visited by a former president during a visit to the coast. Staff and guests complain of a spook that throws objects at guests in various rooms throughout the establishment.
