The Swing Inn is associated with the spirit of a woman nicknamed Blue Moon, who local legend says was murdered outside the building during the late 1800s. Her apparition and the sound of footsteps climbing the stairs are reportedly encountered when business is quiet.
On nights when business is slow, the apparition of a prostitute nicknamed Blue Moon may show up. She can be heard walking up and down the stairs.
