THE STORY
Reported Haunting
Tabernacle Cemetery on Bryn Drive is legendary for the ghostly apparition of a middle-aged man—often rumored to be a farmer's son—who wanders near the entrance gates. Visitors frequently document mysterious flashes of light, unexplainable electronic interference on car radios, and a local lore about a cemetery statue that allegedly cries on Halloween. Local history often attributes the activity to residual energy from its first burial in 1842, which was a young boy who died in a tragic accident on the property.
Because of vandalism, the public is not allowed on the property and trespassers will be prosecuted.
