Objects have been known to move around of their own accord, cold spots are felt and a male apparition in a cowboy outfit has been seen on the staircase. Rumour has it that he once saved the place from a fire after the cook left the oven on overnight, and appeared to him at a later date reminding him not to make the same mistake ever again.
