Reported Haunting
The Argonauta Inn Beach House is said to be haunted by former guests who never truly left the historic oceanfront property. Visitors have reported apparitions, unexplained footsteps, doors opening on their own, and strange sounds echoing through the inn.
Ghengis Hansel disappeared from here after the great storm of 1952. Some say his ghost still lingers in the house, giving guests an eerie feeling especially around its many secret doors.
