The Beverly Hills Hotel is associated with several celebrity ghost stories, including reports involving actor Peter Finch, who died after suffering a heart attack in the hotel lobby in 1977. Other legends claim guests have heard the phantom harp music of Harpo Marx or encountered an apparition associated with composer Sergei Rachmaninoff.
Peter Finch died outside of this hotel 1977. While it’s possible he’s still here, it is believed that Harpo Marx and composer Sergei Rachmaninoff haunt here, still making music after their deaths.
