THE STORY
Reported Haunting
The Black Bull in Haworth, West Yorkshire, is a 16th-century inn notoriously haunted by Branwell Brontë, brother to the famous authors. Visitors and staff frequently report a phantom bell ringing in the night, cold drafts, shadowy figures in top hats, and a poltergeist that occasionally smashes glasses in the bar area.
Ghost Atlas has a published record for this location, but a full narrative has not yet been added.
