THE STORY
Reported Haunting
The British Museum is widely considered one of London’s most haunted locations, with decades of paranormal reports coming from overnight security guards, curators, and visitors. Because the building houses millions of artifacts—many of which are sacred human remains, funerary items, and plundered colonial wartime loot—believers and folklorists view the museum as an "object-prison" filled with restless, unquiet spirits.
Ghost Atlas has a published record for this location, but a full narrative has not yet been added.
