Reported Haunting
The Catalina Beach House Hotel is associated with reports of ghostly apparitions and unexplained activity experienced by guests. Witnesses have described mysterious footsteps, shadow figures, unexplained noises, and eerie encounters throughout the historic hotel.
A sea captain helped to make this building what it is now; he died here in the back house on the upper deck and thought to still be here. Room 2 is known for having weird electrical issues, the sound of footsteps, and even the sight of the captain himself.
