The Log Cabin restaurant is associated with reports of paranormal activity, including ghostly apparitions, unexplained footsteps, mysterious voices, and objects moving without explanation inside the historic building.
This tavern was the site of many fights during the gold rush era, and there are recorded stating that a man was stabbed to death during an argument. Staff and patrons have reported a malicious male presence haunting the building, and have heard shouting coming from empty rooms.
