The Moonshine Saloon is associated with lingering spirits from St. Paul's colorful past. Staff and patrons have reported shadow figures, unexplained noises, cold spots, and ghostly activity believed to be connected to the building's long history.
Previously known as the Noose Bar, Moonshine Saloon definitely has some ghosts, witnesses say. For one thing, a beer glass flew across the room and shattered against the wall, and for another, a jukebox started up on its own. A neon sign swung and fell despite a lack of wind, and the faucets have turned in in the bathroom right in front of a startled patron.
