Reported Haunting
The San Francisco Columbarium has been associated with unexplained activity and ghostly encounters since its days as part of the former Odd Fellows Cemetery. Visitors and staff have reported apparitions, mysterious footsteps, voices, and other unusual phenomena within the ornate memorial building.
Once part of the Odd Fellows Cemetery, the Columbarium has been the site of some eerie happenings. A visitor once felt the sensation of a hand on her back, but no one was there. Afterward, a white handprint remained on her blouse.
