The phantom footsteps of a young girl are reportedly heard running up and down the stairs of this historic Bristol inn.
A former kitchen worker reported repeatedly hearing what sounded like a small child running up and down the stairs, only to find nobody there when investigated. According to the story told to staff, the sounds are attributed to the ghost of a young girl who died after falling down the staircase.
