The historic property housing The Seasons Bed and Breakfast has been associated with reports of paranormal activity dating to its Gold Rush-era past. Guests have described unexplained footsteps, voices, and other unusual occurrences believed to be connected to former occupants of the property.
The historic inn dates back to 1859, when the property was a stamp mill during the gold rush era. Guests and staff nowadays have reported a friendly female apparition known as ‘Martha’, who has been known to rearrange furniture and sundry items in rooms to her specific taste.
