Reported Haunting
Originally operating as a hotel and later a brothel, the Yellow Hotel has earned a reputation as one of eastern Wyoming's most haunted buildings. Visitors have reported apparitions, unexplained footsteps, disembodied voices, and mysterious activity believed to be connected to its colorful past.
The building was a brothel in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Strange lights, voices and an oppressive uneasy feeling were reported in the building. However, in 2012 the owner had it intentionally burned down by the fire department.
