Actress Thelma Todd operated a popular cafe at this location before her mysterious death in 1935, when she was found in a nearby garage. Her ghost is said to linger around the property, with reports of a female apparition and other unexplained activity associated with the former Hollywood star.
Thelma Todd was a star from the 1930’s who ran a cafe at this address before her mysterious death. Coroners ruled it as accidental carbon monoxide poisoning, but some people believe that she was murdered. She has been seen walking up and down the staircase and some people smelling exhaust fumes in the spot where she was found.
