The historic Thias House is associated with reports of apparitions, unexplained footsteps, and strange sounds believed to be connected to former residents. Local investigators have documented recurring paranormal experiences inside the home.
Although this building still stands, reports say it is no longer open for business. It used to be open for tours and as a restaurant, and witnesses there saw an apparition of a lady combing her hair at the dresser in the master bedroom. Some also reported someone touching their shoulder in the attic. The lady’s apparition also has been seen wearing Victorian clothing and walking down the grand staircase. A ghost cat is also said to wander the place, and his crying has been heard as well.
