THE STORY
Reported Haunting
This historic Chester building is said to be haunted by Sarah, a young woman who reportedly took her own life after being abandoned by her lover. Her apparition and other unexplained phenomena have been reported within the property, where her restless spirit is said to remain.
A jilted bride named Sarah hung herself in this building. She would throw objects around and give guests and staff the sense of being watched. However, activity here might have stopped after one psychic has claimed to have crossed Sarah into the afterlife to be reunited with her lover.
