Reported Haunting
The former Umpqua Bank building is associated with reports of unexplained activity including phantom footsteps, strange noises, and shadow figures seen by employees after hours.
At night, you can hear people running downstairs and doors opening and closing, but there is no on there. Apparition’s run out of the building and chase people away, but when they turn around, there is no one behind them. A dog can be heard barking inside the bank, but it is never seen. Apparition’s walk up to people in the building, then vanish. A woman in 1920’s style clothing has been seen flushing the toilet’s and turning the taps on and off at night. In the early hours of morning, after the bank has closed down for the night, suddenly all the lights turn on and a shadowy figure can be seen looking out of a window on the top floor.
