Reported Haunting
The William Hamm Mansion is one of Saint Paul's best-known haunted landmarks. Staff, guests, and paranormal investigators have reported apparitions, unexplained voices, cold spots, and encounters believed to involve members of the Hamm family.
This historic mansion seems to harbour a spirit determined to protect owners from peril. The ghost has been known to wake up tenants during the night to forewarn them of impending disasters, and is believed to be a former resident dating back to when the house was built for a famous brewing company owner.
