Reported Haunting
The Windham Textile and History Museum is said to be haunted by former mill workers connected to the site's industrial past. Visitors have reported shadowy figures, unexplained footsteps, and mysterious sounds inside the historic buildings. Paranormal investigators have also documented unusual activity during overnight visits.
There is a old locked bank vault in this building with no way to open it and impossibly it has been found standing open. The visitors report extreme cold spots, strange noises coming from the third floor, which no one occupies – people report feelings of being watched and unease on the second floor. Many paranormal teams have investigated here.
